For Gulf War IX, several Loch Ruadh folk joined in a coop buy of 24' of UHMW
rod. I just called the supplier and got current information:

Polyhi milk white UHMW rod, 1.25" diameter : $1.98 / ft
for a single order of 100-500 feet, $1.65 / ft
for a single order of 500+ feet, $1.42 / ft

$50 minimum order.

The stock comes in 10' lengths. You won't be charged for any cuts required to
fill an order, but cutting a rod into 6-9 pieces per foot will run $25. They are
not set up to cut very precisely, so I don't really recommend this option for
arrows.
