Your Excellency,

I have gotten on the list late tonight and if someone has answered this
already please forgive me for repeating it.  

In the Steppes during this year I have seen us grow from maybe two active
combat archers to as many as eighteen or more.  Its true that only about
ten of those are very active, but that is still five times the combat
archers we had a year ago.

>From what I hear interest in combat archery is growing all over the
Kingdom at a similar rate.  The more combat archers on the field, the
more arrows fill the air, and greater the chance for an incident.

You just have more combat archers out there now M'lord!
