[Ansteorra-archery] Use of raised funds.

I object!  I object!

I do, really!  To these two guys and their ilk absorbing the cost of arrow
building and retrofitting, with monies sitting there spoiling to be used for
that purpose.

My suggestion?  Take the money.  Buy the supplies we need most at a War (APD
bits?  what?).  Box that up and throw it in somebody's trailer for use at
that table someone just suggested we set up.  Everyone benefits and these
two hardheaded archers get their way, too.
