ARCH - Interesting

Perhaps we could get together at the next Red Tape.  We could fix the
problem.  We could get the Earl Marshal and the Crown to sign off on it.
Then we could give it to the Kingdom Chronicler for publication to make it
official.  The thing could be fixed by May.  If we wait for another edition
of the Handbook, it could be a long time be fore we see a correction in
print.
