[Ansteorra-archery] Correct APD Size??

Greetings Archers!

I have a couple of quick questions on APD's.  What is the correct size to cut golf tube APD's and what is the correct way to attach them to the fiberglass shaft?  I've shown a couple of the ones I've made to Baron Ulf but he's not familiar with the specifics on them so he wasn't sure what to tell me.  And, with Gulf Wars just a few days away, I'm afraid I didn't make them correctly.
