Yes,
There is a program call open office that you can download for free.  It
works on Excel spreadsheets as well.  I will ask my co-worker where it can
be downloaded.

  DOES ANY ONE KNOW WHERE TO GO GET AN EXCEL READER OF SOME KIND FOR FREE ??
  IT APPEARS THAT THE PDF FORMAT SCORE SHEETS FOR IKAC LACK ENOUGH INFO TO
GET THE SCORES POSTED .
  AND THE EXCEL FORMAT SCORE SHEET A, WILL NOT PRINT CORRECTLY ON MY
PRINTER, AND B,  WILL NOT LET ME ENTER INFO ONLINE .
  SO IT APPEARS THAT NORTHKEEP IS OUT OF THE IKAC SHOOTS UNTIL I CAN GET
THIS FIXED .
