[Ansteorra-archery] Pomp and Ceremony

You should be able to get your local herald or regional herald to help you. Heck, if all else fails, I can help you too. I was twice the herald in Middleford; though that's been awhile. Some of the rules may have changed some. But, the basics will be the same.

You shouldn't have any problem documenting William. I'm not so sure about Ironwyrm.

We could possible get a consultation table set up at AoB. They do those at like Crown and Coronations and other big events. Good idea.

Shoot more arrows. You're bound to hit something.

From what I understand (and someone speak up if I'm
incorrect) your name is the most important thing to get
registered, you can't have a devise or badge registered
  until your name is registered.

If you're having a problem doing that, I'm told one
option is to accept a "holding name", you can register
your devise or badge under that holding name. The
holding name is used until you can get your own name
  passed in some acceptable form.

That's the new approach we're trying for mine anyway,
I don't know if it's going to work or not, but we'll keep
  trying until something does!

As Rumil pointed out just checking the "King's Archers"
there are a lot that don't have devise or badge, so maybe
a heraldry workshop is something we need think about
adding to our future AoB's? Do we know any sympathetic
heralds that would be willing to do that for us?

  Just a thought?

  YIS,

   Ironwyrm
