[Ansteorra-archery] Marshal?

Milia,

I know archers out in that area, but currently
I do not know of any archery marshals out 
there till you reach Rosenfeld (Tyler).  

However I have heard the rumors that some 
are trying to reform the area into a new shire. 
I don't belive that new group has any official 
status at this time, it might be a while yet.
