[Ansteorra-archery] Online Report Submittal forms broke.

Greetings Team.

Something with the ansteorra.org server migration that happened
yesterday has broken the report forms submittal.  We are working on it.

When you use the form, it appears that the submission works but it
actually does not.  The real test is IF you get a copy sent back to
you in your email then you know everything was OK.

Please hold off on submitting any reports until we can get it fixed.
 I'll let everyone know when the problem is resolved.

Those of you that submitted reports yesterday or today, I am sorry
but I am going to have to ask you to resubmit your reports once the
problem is resolved.

I realize that with Quarterly reports due this is a most inopportune
time for this to happen, but unfortunately it is beyond my control.
 I'll fix it as soon as I can and we will extend the Q1 report
deadline by a day or so to accommodate for our downtime and your
inconvenience.
