[Ansteorra-archery] Youth Archery Division

If that were the case I would have dropped the Youth Division idea many
posts ago. Because it seem that I'm the one who appears to be out of step.
I will not let what may appear to be adverse opinion stop me in doing what I
think is the right thing to do.
