[Ansteorra-archery] Gulf War IKAC submissions

Well if the scores were submitted then don't take any crap from the
archers just because the IKAC web pages haven't been updated. Have them
contact the IKAC Keeper.

When you email the scores to the IKAC Keeper you can also Carbon Copy
ansteorra.rr at gmail.com and I will will archive those scores and serve as
witness that they were indeed submitted to the IKAC Keeper. It's
important that the email be addressed to the IKAC Keeper and
ansteorra.rr on the CC: because that way I can see for sure that the
scores were indeed submitted and are then the responsibility of the IKAC

It's also important to remember that the IKAC is a privately sponsored
competition. No marshal can be forced to submit the IKAC scores for the
archer. The supervising marshal that witnessed the shooting has to have
their name and contact information on the scoresheets when it is
submitted so that the Keeper can ask them questions if needed, but it
is not a requirement that marshal know a damn thing about the the IKAC
or that the marshal submit the scores.

If you tell the archer that you will submit the scores for them, and
then you do so promptly and properly, then you have done your job and
even gone beyond what is actually required of you. If there are
problems the archer can take it up with the Keeper afterwards.
