I knew that, I really did. Honest.
That's what i get for replying to e-mails in the middle of typing a care 
plan for school...

As for the rest, I agree. I didn't say it'd be /practical/, just that it 
wouldn't be /illegal/ under the current rules. Of course, that minimum 
weight gets passed, then it's screwed.

And it would be impractical; the thing would have to draw a foot to get  
near 600ip.
