[Ansteorra-archery] Requirements for Authorizing Combat Archers

Heilsa,

Thank you. This is what I thought.

A discussion occurred at fighter practice with a couple of knights, 
which were stating that you had to authorized as both a heavy fighter 
and a combat archer in order to take the melee/war field.

The only reference that I found at Society level was around page 93/94 
and it indirectly stated as such.

Michael Kettering
Missile Marshal
Heavy Marshal
Combat Archer
