[Ansteorra-archery] [Mm] How to increase TA, TW, and CA

Thanks for your comments and clarifications.

Several of us have pavilions and extra chairs that we just need to take
the extra time and effort to survey the field (perhaps early in the day
or eve day before) and then take our extra chairs and set things up.

I like the idea of more banners and flags!

Some of our people are multi-talented and have very good heralding
capabilities. My thought was to enlist their aid and support and they
could take turns so that they can continue to shoot and throw.

A wagon is a good idea also. Some people have problems walking longer
distances and though they may be able to get to the field they are
afraid that the return trip might be too much for them so they do not
attend. So a "wagon" going back and forth to the main area would allow
these people to bring their chairs enjoy the event and then return to
the main area. This type of support is something that we should make
sure is announced at court and is in the event description.

For the TW I have a couple more people that are ready to work with you
to get their authorizations. My goal is to have a number of marshals
that are cross-certified so that we can all support each other and work
together. I am building new targets and new target stands with larger
backings to help block more of the misses and reduce the amount of time
necessary to fetch weapons - you should see my back yard and my shed
right now:-)

I think you are right about meeting during the events. maybe it is
something that should be scheduled and listed or we just set the time
prior to the event and post it here for everyone to see. We can either
meet at the field, the main building, or a specific camp area (I would
be happy to volunteer ours since most of us are marshals and / or
participants).

I figured I would give you one easy shot at me, just make sure you could
hit me:-)
