Yes to 75# and not more than 600ip.  Society minimum of 400ip.  Heavy 
crossbow of 800ip and 90# with tubular ammo.  Tennis ball and Omarad 
blunt with 1"of padding for heavy.  I believe side wraps with the Omarad 
are required.  Could be wrong there.  Taken from the Nov 2008 copy of 
the handbook.
