[Ansteorra-archery] Archery as a Peer area under A&S.

HL Sebastian,

Thank you, and all the others for your support. It has been clear to
me, and others as well, that an Archer must go beyond Target Archery
to obtain recognition in the Kingdom. I believe this is due to many
factors, one of which, is that the people who advise on awards, do not
attend Archery, they are observing the heavy and light fighters. This
is mainly a scheduling issue that can be addressed when planning
events. I have recently begun rapier training so that I might broaden
my skill set, and be more appealing to the "Powers that Be". In
addition I am working towards Combat Archery Authorization so I can
attend Gulf Wars and support the Kingdom.
