[Ansteorra-archery] Can a Period Royal Round be counted as a open Royal Round also?

The overall target face is the same size. The divisions are different. On
the standard FITA target that we use there is a gold area, on the Period
target there is a gold area that is smaller so there is an inner ring that
we use, then the Period target has a green area that is 4 points and a
white area that is 2 points.
