[Ansteorra-archery] Bow Repair

Lord Ironwyrm.
Thank you for your reply.  I am in Hellsgate.  I have continued to shoot 
the longbow in my backyard since the damage 12 yrs. ago, but have not 
brought it out to a Ansteorran event because I felt it might be deemed 
"unsafe" as of the damage. I shot it exclusively in Drachenwald (pre 
damage).  If I do the rawhide repair as the archery shop suggested it 
will make the damage unviewable. Once the rawhide is in place it cannot 
be removed for inspection so I think you can understand my quandry.
