[Ansteorra-archery] PVC bows at Gulf Wars XXIII

Hey Paul, yeah I do what's this all about and which prods are we talking about?  
 
We are talking about upgrading some of our combat gear here so we want to 
make sure we don't use something that's not going to be allowed.  
 
Also been meaning to get in touch with you anyway, you guys have some great 
looking coat of plates armor, we have been talking about making the same do you 
have a good pattern to use? 
 
We're still elder sitting but I'm in hope of getting a break this year so I hope we can 
join you on the field.

Greetings Ansteorra,

   During a meeting this weekend with TRHs Aaron and Nicollet, it was decided not to allow PVC bows for any Combat Archery activities at the upcoming Gulf Wars XXIII in 2014.  They will not be allowed on the combat field, period.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
