And do i blame u 4 not answering? Heck no what u as SCG and u as mom/living in your state think can & r 2 very different things. And i will ask in 07.

I'm not touching that one with a bazillion-foot long pole and unless I had a lawyer in every state and country the SCA lives in rendering an opinion on what is an extremely volatile topic.  I'm going to save my personal opinions on that til I step down because there's no way to officially separate what 'plain old Eleanor' thinks from what 'chirurgeon general Eleanor' thinks.  Ask me what I think in May of '07 when I no longer wear the CG hat.

Hope this is o.k. to put it this way ...If you think it needs changing ...please do so...                 You have a young man ,age ,around 15 yrs.old ,and he ask you for a comdom. Do you give to him or not ? Do you talk to him about "why" he wants it..How are we as Chirurgeon to handal this ? This is after all a minor.



It's nice to be important..but....It's more important to be nice...
