[Ansteorra-chirurgeon] Web changes

In addition to the new Biography feature (see previous posting), I have
added a "Back to Online" button at the bottom of most forms. It takes you
directly back to the screen you get when you choose the "Online" tab from
the main screen. This makes life easier when you modify something. You don't
have to hit the Back button multiple times.
