Here is the updated Gleann Abhann Law for OTCs, this will affect all
Chirurgeons working this year at Gulf Wars.  If you have any questions
don't hesitate to ask.

*Kingdom of Gleann Abhann: Chirurgeon Handbook*
*Amendment:* Ill.8a
Within the boundary of the Kingdom of Gleann Abhann, an on duty Chirurgeon
may not carry an
oral over-the-counter medication in their kit, nor keep an oral
over-the-counter medication supply
at Chirurgeon point during any event or war held within the Kingdom. Oral
over-the-counter
medications will not be provided or made available to the general
population by an on duty
Chirurgeon within the boundary of the Kingdom of Gleann Abhann.
