[Ansteorra-marshals] Test run for the electronic authorization card process

Still not getting the verification message.  Have tried it in Chrome and 
IE8.  Have added the email address to my allowed senders so it doesn't go 
into spam.  Still nothing.  (Shut up Fiacha)
