[Ansteorra-marshals] Test run for the electronic authorization card process

Runa... I'm not seeing this email address on the list of users... so it
doesn't seem that it's taking your registration at all...  very weird.  is
this the email you're using, runa.herd at earthlink?  What is the name you're
putting on the account?
