The conclave at Bryn Gwlad was this past Saturday, Oct
30. 

We discussed the reasons for organization. The results
of the vote (including two e-votes) were 10 votes to
organize as a separate Kingdom Guild and 1 vote to
organize as a subsection of the European Dance Guild. 

Nominations for the guild head are now open.
Discussion of the by-laws and charter shall continue
on-line. Both nominations and discussion will close on
January 1, 2005. Voting for guild head and
ratification of the charter & by-laws will take place
at Coronation on January 15, 2005. Of course, e-votes
and absentee proxies are fine for those who cannot
attend.

I will write with more of the discussion that occured
at the conclave later.
