[Ansteorra-missile] Armor Rule Change

One question though.

Does the following apply to Ansteorra?

Also, what about Gulf Wars? Does the above ruling
apply to Gulf Wars conventions also? 

I'm currently reworking both of my gaunlets and would
like some clarification.
