[Ansteorra-missile] Armor Rule Change

Gentlemen,  Eadric is going to out of the loop at least until Wednesday
sometime.  I do know that archers were wearing only half-gauntlets at
Melees.  I asked Sir Randal about it and he said," It was Society rules" and
kinda shrugged.  I think this is something that we will just have to wait
and see what the two of them come up with.  Pug contact me privately and I
will let you know what is going on.
