[Ansteorra-missile] Armor Rule Change

  I'm afraid Eadric may be out of the loop right now and I am his Emergency
  Deputy. I will try to get ahold of him tomorrow and see where we stand
  on this.
  
  As I understand it, this was a proposed change to our Kingdom standards,
  but I don't know if our Kingdom standards have been officially republished
  or it printed in the Black Star. While I did not find it, I know that
  Kingdom Law was read into law at Bryn Gwlad's fall event. I'll find out
  if that included the Participants Handbook or not.
