[Ansteorra-missile] New Question on Authorization for Combat Archers

Do have a new question.

Since there is only Full Contact or Heavy Combat Archer authorizations. 
This requires not only the authorization of for missile (combat archery) 
but that of the a heavy fighter authorization as well. Which makes sense 
since the individual taking field as an combat archer would at some time 
would received a "killing blow" to either the helm or the body or a 
wounding to the arm or leg.

So, will these individuals will have at least gone through the heavy 
fighter portion of the authorization process prior to attending Gothic Wars?
