[Ansteorra-missile] Relaying a Question for a Heavy Fighter

Heilsa,

As the Subject line states, relaying a question from a heavy fighter, 
that does not have email either at home nor place of business.

The question was asked at Steppes regular fighter practice while waiting 
for the various waves of rain to ease up for those of us who came out to 
practice prior to going to Gothic Wars this coming weekend. Reference to 
earlier emails concerning Missile Weapons or Combat authorization 
process as describe in HL Eadric's email was under discussion.

The question:

"If an archer is not required to be have a combat authorization to take 
the field, will there be a way of knowing which ones are not combat 
authorized, so they cannot use weapons other than bows?"

The heavy fighter is Hosey or Lord CinaedOHosey.
