Ditto everything Pug wrote.   

Since it is out....Duke Baldar is working on a new blunt. I dont know 
that it will ever be approved as we are just at the earliest stages of 
testing.  I have assembled a good and experienced set of testers who 
will be helping me with this  and we will decide if and when we need to 
move to a wider test group.  Those blunts are NOT approved at this time 
for any type of experimental use anywhere in the SCA
