[Ansteorra-missile] Clear the bow!

Not sure why the would want to drop the crossbow limit myself.  I could 
see it requiring two different crossbows for those who would want to 
play both fields.  I doubt we could ever get your (Pug's) xbow down that 
low.  Also overall there is not that much combat archery play going on 
with the Rapier people right now as it is.  I haven't heard of any 
incidents of the 600ip xbows doing damage to their mask or any other 
equipment, at least that I know of.  Other wise they look like ok 
restrictions to me.
