ARN - Heavy Rapier Only?

 Personally, I feel that to switch Guardian to a heavy only format would be 
like resurrecting Nine Worthies, and seriously tinkering with it's basic 
premises.  It also seems like someone is trying majorly push the heavy rapier 
rather than letting it evolve at its own rate.

I would not be the only one doing this event. (that even if Bjornsborg is 
still going to do it. since the date we wanted got messed up and it might 
need to move somewhere else.) I will say again. This was an Idea that was 
tossed up and one we were thinking about using. As like everything else in 
the SCA   nothing is in stone .. :o)
