ARN - Heavy Rapier Only?

I called no one a second class citizen, including myself. Isobel was the one
who implied that by having a HR tourney, non-HR people would feel second
class. I simply turned her scenario into what happens now, while retaining
the same terminology. I meant no offense to anyone.
