Hello!

To assist in future planning of your event schedule...

Bjornsborg's Fall event (Oct 19 - 21), will feature a search for Heros
amongst those in attendance.  There will be areas set aside for those
who wish to demonstrate their skill and style with weapons, while
wearing armor with weapons of war, or in their civilian dress wielding a
rapier.  Or both.  The Heros amongst us will have their chance to
distinguish themselves in challenges of single combat, or may organize
groups of fighters to prove their mettle on several different arenas of
combat.

This event is under development as the replacement for Lyonesse...and as
you can see...it is open to all fighters.  I am hoping that a good
number of us attend, to demonstrate the heroism that is found throughout
our community.  For those who have not attended Lyonesse...this will be
an event where style, courage, and a valiant death can count as much as
successfully landing a blow.  Largesse, word fame, wagering, panache,
persona-play and creativity are highly recommended and desired!
