[Ansteorra-rapier] looking for input for this years GW

On a related note, I have already spoken with some of our senior marshals
and gotten them to agree to marshal at least one of the war point melees.
I will be contacting others, and, as GW gets closer, we'll hammer out a
schedule so all the marshals will get some melee time if they want.

If you are an authorized marshal with melee experience and would like to
lend a hand, please contact me.
