[Ansteorra-rapier] Candlemas tourney in Bryn Gwlad

Greetings,
I would like to just make a quick note about Candlemas tomorrow. I see there
is no rapier tourney set up. SO, if the Stewards of the event are OK with
this I would hold a small tourney at 11:00 am on that site. I know that
rapier is has been ok'ed there as there will be a war practice that day at
2:00pm. So come out enjoy the event and again, I hope to be running a small
tourney on site tomorrow.
