[Ansteorra-rapier] KWAR - Call for instructors

Unto those that teach throughout the Known World, does Njall Olaf  
Hagerson send greetings.  We are still in search of instructors for  
the Known World Academy of the Rapier, to be held September 8th  
-10th, 2006 in the Kingdom of Caid.

There are still teaching opportunities available for KWAR 2006.  We  
are still looking for classes in practical application of  
intermediate and advanced techniques for SCA rapier combat.  We are  
also looking for classes on later period historic costume, the  
courtier, how to teach rapier, SCA officer training, and the history  
of the arms and armour used.  Even if you are not a rapier fighter or  
a marshal, there are classes to be taught.

We welcome instructors from all over the Known World.  This is as  
much an opportunity for Caid to learn from others as it is for Caid  
to show the Known World what we have to teach.  Please consider  
coming to join us to teach as well as learn.

A CD of the proceedings will be made available to attendees and  
possible publication after the event.  In Addition to class notes and  
such, we welcome other short articles related to historic and SCA  
rapier.  If you are unable to attend, please consider being part of  
the 2006 KWAR experience in this way.

Due to in-kingdom publication deadlines the Class Proposal deadline  
is June 1st, 2006.  Please have your class submission to us by that  
date.  Class proposals can be prepared and sent on-line by filling  
out and submitting the form at http://www.sca-caid.org/kwar2006/ 
ClassForm.php .

I wish to thank those instructors that have already sent their class  
proposals.  And if you have not committed to either teaching or  
attending KWAR 2006, please consider doing so.  The classes we have  
so far and other activities planned for the event look to make for a  
very fun and informative event indeed.
