[Ansteorra-rapier] Marshalling pole challenge

Fair greetings,

This is something that's been bugging me for several years, and it 
finally came to a head at Queen's Champion this weekend. We need more 
marshalling poles.

Because we had six fields running, I saw several instances where one 
or both marshals on the field were working without a marshalling 
pole. This isn't quite as much of a problem for the armored folks, 
who can usually scrounge up a spear or polearm, but it is for the 
rapier fighters. I normally bring three marsahlling poles to any 
tournament I attend and it's *very* rare that my spares don't get used.

So, I'm issuing a challenge to the rapier fighters in Ansteorra: If 
you're authorized as a marshal, you should have your own marshalling 
pole. Buy a stick of rattan, cut it off to five or six feet (maybe 
give or sell the rest to an armored fighter who needs a new sword) 
hit the ends with some paint or colored tape--black and yellow are 
the usual marshallate colors--and you're good to go.
