[Ansteorra-rapier] Ansteorran cadets excel at Gulf War

The cadets of Ansteorra have served their kingdom well.

In the Rose tournament, the last Ansteorran standing was Lady Lisette, who
made it to the finals.

In the Champions battles:
The allies went 4-3. (Yes, seven points in five bouts. Double kills were
counted as a victory for each.)
The Ansteorran White Scarves went 3-4.
But we won the war point, because the cadets went 4-1. (I apologize -- I
don't remember who it was, beyond Crowley and Celleach. Anybody have the
list?)

And the cadets were noticed. One of our newer cadets, Giovanni di Firenze
(Ingwe's? Brendan's? I'm not sure) received his Award of Arms and is now
Lord Giovanni. And Don Robert's cadet Rixende was elevated to a court
barony along with her husband Tomas.

Vivat Lady Lisette!
Vivat Lord Giovanni!
Vivat Baroness Rixende!

... And ...

Vivant the Ansteorran cadets!
