Hi This is Willow
Both the Steppes and Elfsea have very active guilds. 
Lady Bianca does a wonderful job sponsoring a circle in the Steppes. Lord
Tarkus in Elfsea has a truly magical  place and  has sponsored some of
the best circles I have ever seen,.
