[Bards] Bardic Comps For Minors

Hi Angelique,
The long and the short of it is this: If you want to compete in the
childrens bardic and you qualify for it, have fun! At the same time if you
want to compete in the regular competition we'll see ya in the circle! I
know Kitty in North Keep and my daughter Brianna (14) have both done the
childrens bardics and Kitty regularly makes us work to try and beat her in
the regular competitions.

Mostly it is whatever you are comfortable doing.
