M'lady Cara,

Unfortunately, you will have to do this yourself.
Just go to:
http://www.ansteorra.org/mailman/listinfo/bards

Then enter your current email address at the very
bottom in the box next to "edit options" and click on
it.  On the next page, you will have to unsubscribe
your old email address, then subscribe your new one.
Both will require you to know your password, which you
selected when you subscribed.  It is emailed to you
once a month.

I'm sure the webmaster can help if these directions
weren't sufficient.
