[Bards] Bardic Collegium

I had heard a rumor that there was to be a Bardic Collegium to be scheduled in the future.
Is that still in the works, or what? If so, when, where, do you need teachers for classes still, etc? Let me know what's up, as I am VERY interested in the idea!
