On Master Garraed's recommendation, I am beginning to look into the
possibility of submitting a bid for the Knowne World Bardic Congress and
Cooks Collegium sometime in the fall of 2006.  If there are any that are
interested in assisting with this bid, please contact me *off-list* at
snorri at houston.rr.com for more information on a Yahoo group I've created
specifically for the purpose of discussing a Knowne World event.

Doña Antonia's suggestions for a kingdom bardic collegium are fantastic, and
so to avoid any confusion between her suggestion and mine, I would like to
ask that your efforts first go towards helping Antonia with a kingdom event.
(My involvement with the KW event right now is solely to the extent of
preparing and submitting a bid, and then I'm all hers.  Uh, figuratively
speaking.)

Ansteorra has a fantastic bardic community, one of the best in the Knowne
World.  We've had suggestions for not one, but two showcases of what we as a
community can achieve.  Let's work together to make them both in turn become
spectacular events.  But first things first - let's get a Kingdom Bardic
Collegium on the calendar before we muddle the bandwidth on the Bards list
with discussions of a Knowne World version.
