[Bards] Home again, home again...

Not sure yet -- still going to have to stick close to "home" for a bit (the 
old story -- cash flow at the beginning of a new situation...)

Intend to make Steppes' Populace this month, and try for Oakenwald's 
(Robin's) heraldic session.
