[Bards] Question on performance judging forms

In our continuing effort to improve bardic and performance, please critique
the judging forms used in Kingdom and at Gulf Wars.  The judging forms for
performance can be downloaded in either MSWord or Adobe and can be found at:

What do you see as the strengths of the forms?  What could be improved?
What is missing?

The Performance Judging Form is on the agenda for  our next Laurels Retreat
