"Are there pasties for her?"
"Is there a g-string for her?"

Is it any wonder why her student is a bawdy bard? LOL

Seriously though, words cannot express how happy and proud I am for my dear teacher.

Subject: [Bards] Mistress Eleanor Fairchild

Tonight at the Pennsic War, the kingdom of Ealdormere elevated Eleanor Fairchild, a former Premier Bard of Ansteorra and a Truly great harpist, to the rank, estate, style, title and degree of Mistress of the Laurel.

I am told that it was a moving and delightful ceremony, and that, as a tribute to her persona and art, she was gifted with Elizabethan sweetmeats and a replacement harp string as well as the traditional Laurel medallion, cloak and wreath.

Those who attended the ceremony will long remember the strong emotions they experienced as the heralds proclaimed:

"Is there a medallion for her?"
"Is there a cloak for her?"
"Is there a wreath for her?"
"Are there pasties for her?"
"Is there a g-string for her?"

Ummmm...
