I think we'll be fine. We still have a couple of weeks to iron out the wrinkles, so I think we will be good.
  The Event Steward, by the way, is also moving this month.

  Hopefully, since the event is outside the hall in its own space, it won't be any big deal to extend the hours for the Eisteddfod. I just hope the announcement gets changed soon to reflect that.

Is the current Kingdom Bard not working hand-in-glove with the event 
steward to coordinate the Eisteddfod? If so... one wonders why the 
steward wouldn't be aware of how long it takes. If not... why not? 
And is there someone else delegated to do so in her stead, to see 
that this sort of inattention to the needs of Eisteddfod doesn't occur?
