[Bards] Bardic at Bordermarch (was First Principles)

I hope to see all of you there.  I will also be bringing two kegs of 
beer to add to the festivities. 

Warrior's Weird was taught to me by Master Ulf and it is easily my 
favorite song.  As Ulf won't be able to make it down after all, I would 
be delighted and honored to sing it.

Congratulations Saundra for the announcement of your well deserved 
elevation.
